Someone correct me if I'm wrong.. I seem to remember reading that the resorts were built to withstand a Cat 2 hurricane and they have backup generators. It was said you were safer at Disney then in most homes.

Yep, that's what Spirit said about a month ago. I believe Harrison Ford referred to it as SWE during the DL 60th anniversary special. Wasn't sure I liked it then, still not sure. Makes it sound smaller, less impressive to me.

Yep, it was very busy. I honestly don't ever remember it being this crowded this early and ungodly hot today

We were there also.. Overheard a cast member saying it was technical difficulty and something abt the lights.
