We were staying on the 4th floor in Kidani Villas and were looking out over the Savanna on our balcony. We looked down and saw a long, thick(ish) black snake slithering around what I think were the central air conditioning units. Blech. Was happy to be 4 floors up!

If you do use them please report back. I'm interested to know if they bring their items to bell services or the front desk because the customer has to accept them directly. I've had it done both ways. I'd love to get the fried chicken from Publix - YUM!
