Sunset Boulevard is bright, colorful, and optimistic. Looming over it all stands the opposite of all that. It works. Why can’t a similar swing back into the light? The car is adjacent, not parked in front of the tower. A pop splash beckoning us back into the light.

We won’t know until it opens. And if they’re pushing to reopen fast I’d say that there may be elements added after the reopening- nothing major, but props and details have been installed overnight even when an atraigas fully opened to the public.

Don't confuse when the lightning struck the Tower with when we visit it. If anything, the Muppet overlay could conceivably move us further back than say, Aerosmith.

They're undoing the studios aspect in this entire area by adding city facades. Why it is so unthinkable that this could be added to the backside as well? If it's far enough and partially obscured by trees, all they need do is paint details.
