It's about 50% bigger than the station building at the entrance.

This is my best guess at the layout. It also seems to match up with the photos we've seen so far.

When they say outside the parks, do they mean outside the security zone? If it's not, you're first impression of the park will be a lot of people smoking or the bag check lines are about to get a whole lot busier.
