Beach Club has room for five. Usually two queen beds and a twin pullout. Beach Club area is one of the best at WDW. You can walk to EPCOT and take boat to HS. Also, Skyliner has a stop at International Gateway entrance to EPCOT.

I have had a Disney credit card for at least ten years. I have cashed in about $3,000 over the ten years. i think it pays on average about 1.5% so there are better cards out there but some come with fees. I have a trip planned in November and will cash in about $600 to use at WDW.

Both resorts are beautiful. I have never stayed at the Yacht Club but have stayed at the Beach Club. For proximity to EPCOT or Skyliner, BW is probably better. Also, there are a few more things going on outside of the BW. If you like to see some of that "NightLife". I have stayed at the BW too...

I would stay at Beach Club. They are essentially the same club, but for all the reasons you mention, Beach Club has the advantage.
