that was something else we did--we never took buses. if we were going to AK or a water park, we drove. ditto with DTD. Monorail everywhere we could, car when we couldn't. partly because of the size/convenience and who really wants to wait for another bus, because you can't fit the entire party...

the audience has gotten younger, more likely than not because Disney wants to hook them younger and keep them customers longer. its not just disney doing it, of course

IF...and it is a big IF....Disney managed to open anything new for 2015 and the debut of the 7th episode, I think many here would be stunned. That would be a Universal-type timeframe, and i just doubt it happens. Only way there's any new star wars ride in DHS by 2015 would have to be new footage...

also, for what its worth, i am sure they are built for hot stuff. the lids on top of the water park rapid fills has a message printed on it caution: contents may be hot doubt that goes there unless it could handle a hot beverage.

was just there in august...they had mickey ears and knit hats and i remember smaller figment stuffed animals, but i dont remember anything like the massive stuffed tigger and mickey mouse we brought home last time (bigger than my 2 year old).

i'd rather go to a Hard Rock. i think i've been to one planet hollywood, in Atlantic City, and it was one time too many. just felt....very cheap. though the prices weren't.

i would assume the idea is to get a good mix between M&G and dining. I said to my wife on our trip this year that if we just planned to hit the M&G we could skip some of the character dinings, since we only did those for the princesses. but i expect there will be some that you only see via one...

in addition to being so compact, they take really amazing pictures. i got that for my wife to sort of semi-retire my dSLR (pentax k-7), because i was tired of the complaints about all the camera stuff i lugged around, or it being too confusing for her to use. her other go-to is a sony waterproof...

i admit i had that mentality too. but from 2009 to 2011, i left lenses out. and from 2011 to 2013, i left the whole dang kit at home. my 2 cents...if you plan on going on rides too....stick with it as small as you can, because regardless of who you have with you, its just nice to travel light...
