Why should anyone have to interrupt their day to go to guest relations to stand in yet another line with hundreds of other harried guests to get refunded for a service which was paid for but which Disney didn’t provide? Refunds should be automatic whether the ride is down all day or for one...

You don't have to be a professional interior designer to see that these new lobbies have very little theming and look like generic lobbies of generic hotel chains. And these aren't one (or two) offs. The Riviera is just as bad. Marshalls and Home Goods is the new aesthetic for Disney hotels...

What's the theme of this hotel? You can't tell from the decor. It's all very generic (except the silly cartoon horses). Some people may like it, but to me it has a grandma's house circa 1985 vibe.
