It was not running at park opening today, but it opened around 10 and quickly a line formed. 60 minute wait only took 20 mins to get through, and the ride was operating just fine.

I got our park reservations booked through the site, after the countdown to orbit hit all 0:00, about three minutes later the reservation system appeared and I was able to start making park reservations.

If you get through to My Plans page there is a new link at the top that says Park Tickets -> Select Tickets or Link Tickets

The link on the park reservations button that I can get to is https://disneyworld.disney.go.com/tickets But if you go there you will see it is just redirecting to /experience-updates instead
