Now I just need Disneyland to get on board so I can feel comfortable buying tickets. I've had a mid-May DVC reservation at the Grand Californian booked since last winter, but can't pull the trigger on tickets without knowing for sure I'll get in. Wife and I are fully vaccinated so I'm ready for it.
With the switch to digital rider swap, is this still the case? Can I still make the same plans splitting up the fastpasses? Or does everyone need a fastpass now?
Ghag
That's the way it's supposed to work. But isolated reports have been saying that the entire party, including the people waiting, need to have a fastpass. To avoid that, might be best to avoid having all non riders without a fastpass avoid going up with the party asking for rider swap...
Planning this out with 5 adults, a 3 year old, and a 1 year old is making my head spin. The 1 year old doesn't have a ticket and can't ride any height restricted rides, so I don't have to worry about him. That also means I can get a ride swap on any ride.
This is my thinking for MK. Haven't...
Just got an email from Disney that my July 29th reservation is back in the concourse and will not be impacted by kitchen maintenance anymore. Not sure if it got pushed later or is no longer needed.
Thank you both. I have a 2 year old on her first trip, so I think we'll stick with the reservation and see how it goes. The characters are really the important part!
I have a breakfast reservation on July 29th. I've never been to Chef Mickey's or the Contemporary, so I have no idea what I would be missing, if anything. Should I keep this reservation and see if Disney does anything to make up for moving it, or do I just book a new breakfast somewhere else?
Unless you had all of them on separate MDE profiles, you wouldn't have been able to do that anyway. All magic bands linked to the same MDE profile are carbon copies of the other. You need bands that are not and have never been linked to your in-use MDE.
Yep, Reedy Creek is one of the entities listed as a defendant. It's Walt Disney Parks vs. Rick Singh (the Orange County assessor), Scott Randolph (Orange County tax collector), Leon Biegalski (Head of FL Department of Revenue) and Reedy Creek.
I'm not all that familiar with Florida property tax laws, especially for commercial property, but yes typically it would include the value of all improvements. It's kind of funny that they blanked out the parcel numbers and account numbers in the court filings, because those are public...
It's for property tax. In the most simplistic terms, to calculate property tax, the local assessor for a jurisdiction calculates the assessed value of a particular parcel of land. That assessed value is then multiplied by a particular tax rate, which then gives the tax amount due. If you feel...
Spirit was by far the worst flying experience I've ever had. Would never do it again, regardless of the savings. Incompetent flight staff, no legroom whatsoever, fees on fees on fees, and a delay of over 5 hours on the return trip.
Just booked FP+ for January 14 at Epcot. With Soarin' and Maelstrom down, I was planning on picking Test Track from Group 1 and Mission Space and SSE from Group 2.
Nope.
Mission Space is now Group 1, which left my second option in Group 2 down to Character Spot, Figment, Seas, and Turtle...
