FDOT is sure dragging their feet on repairing the power issue that exists at that location. EVERY SINGLE street light is out in that section of World Drive.

But...what happens when it comes time to pay the bills for these 4 high-priced litigating teams they've already assembled, and are likely already "billing hours"? If they are paid out of RCID coffers, then can the district sue to get the $ back? Who would pay then? The 5-member board?
I disagree. Constant churn with your job results in a situation where you don't regularly contribute to earn pension or 401K later in life. I am a long-term employee at my company, and as a result will net excellent retirement benefits and pay.
