Disney Dream- What do you want to know?

I'd love to know the dining rotations for 5-night sailings of the Dream. We're going in June and can't wait! What are the lunch options when you board (and would love the food options at each, too)! Thanks a bunch and have fun!

Who else is booked to sail on the Disney Dream?

We're also booked for the 5-night sailing on June 12! This will be our first Disney Cruise...can't wait!!!

    Disney Cruise-travel agent or not?

I don't usually use a travel agent for our trips, but we're getting ready to book a cruise on the new Disney Dream for 2011. I'm wondering what advantages there are to booking with an agent? Are the prices better than what we can get on the website ourselves? Any thoughts/opinions are...

how difficult is it with a 3-4 month old

You might also consider shipping some items, like diapers, wipes, and formula, to your resort so it's waiting for you when you arrive. It's much easier than packing it (although the space left behind in your luggage at the end of the trip is great for souvenirs)! I have three kids and have...

Toystorymaniacs, I'm curious if you had any luck or if you had to wait until 7 am???

June 09: Cape May Cafe or Whispering Canyon?

Have been to both and would definitely vote for Cape May. We didn't care much for the menu at Whispering Canyon - seemed pretty limited and food was just OK - and by the end of the meal the entertainment was a bit much for us (and we do love the 50s Prime Time, but just didn't have a good...

    Disney Credit Card

Ditto - just what I was thinking! I also have to say that I had an identity theft issue a few months back and I was very happy with how their customer service handled all the issues related to that. I can't say the same about all the financial institutions!

    Ohana or Coral Reef?

I'd vote Coral Reef. We've eaten at both, but were disappointed by both the food and entertainment at O'Hana. Coral Reef was our best meal, great service, and the aquarium is a must-see!

    The Great Stroller Debate

I'm wondering if anyone has used this company and/or has feedback on the strollers they rent out (Baby Jogger City Mini Single)? We're making a trip in September and considering this option for our baby, who will be 6 months when we visit. We have a nice stroller, but it's pretty bulky, so I'm...

    Which Value to choose?

I've stayed at all three AS resorts and also Pop. Pop is by far our favorite - bus service is the biggest "pro" for us. I also think the food court is better at Pop, although the theming isn't as much fun as the AS resorts.

Sci-Fi Dine in or 50's Prime Time?

I WANT to like 50s, but have been three times and have been disappointed by the food each time. The last time I ordered the meatloaf and I couldn't even eat it. Desserts have always been good, and I like the bar in the waiting room, though. On our last trip, we tried Sci Fi and really enjoyed...

    Beginning or End of September

September is our favorite time of year to make the trip - we've been every September since 2002 - but as our kids get older, we're finding it harder and harder to pull them out of school for the week. The amount of homework and info they miss will soon outweigh the benefits of making the trip at...

    Dining Suggestions

Some buffets might be good if you have different ages, tastes, etc. We've tried most, but our favorite is Chef Mickey's, followed by Crystal Palace. Some other restaurants that all three generations of our family enjoys are Kona, Boma, Le Cellier, Teppan Edo, and 50s.

    Dinning Plan!

I agree - I think this is probably the best counter service spot available!

    Best desert in WDW

The chocolate "moose" from Le Cellier in Canada, the bread pudding from O'Hana, and the Twinkie Tiramisu at Pop!
