obviously they're going to have alternate transportation..
btw there's no restaurant called flavors of the world at the contemporary...or anywhere in disney..
IMO that would be a waste of money. But take your idea and replace a copy TSMM, and build something new, but equally as awesome. draw people to that too, and it will in turn lower the wait time at tsmm.
I've heard between 60-80mph+
i don't believe 47mph. 46 can only be done once in a while depending on train and load. 44-45mph is the norm coming down the hill.
The irony in this is that you need to bring the train to at least 3mph below the speed limit otherwise you will get an over speed...
it's also pretty damn cool (especially at night when trains are going out of service) knowing your one of the only maybe 3 people in the world driving the Walt Disney World Monorail at that specific time.
THe monorail shop isn't boeing. alot of people go through there, not to mention half the train will be sticking out of the shop while it is being painted. It's white because it's just about ready to be tested. Once it completes the spur tests, they'll paint the stripe then. Why bother doing...
Doesn't have anything to do with this topic, not sure it deserved it's own thread but, Monorail Coral was in service today on the express beam back with it's traditional stripe. It was out very briefly (1lap) before it went back to the monorail shop for a technical issue.
