The ride surpassed my expectations and was enjoyable. The AAs were great and when we went they all worked quite well. But Splash Mountain was my favorite ride at Disney World and TBA doesn't even make my top 10. So, I'd say no.

Really feels like DVC members got this shaft this time. Not even full days - just 3 hours each time. Also, the DVC charter cruise ends on the 19th, and lots of folks will then be heading to Disney World - sure would be nice if the time slot for the 19th was later than noon....
