My initial trips to Florida were Disney stays only. Over the years, the itinerary has expanded to
include Baseball Spring Training, horse racing at Tampa Bay Downs and thoroughbred auctions
in Ocala. I’ll arrive a week+ prior to my Disney reservation and stay in the town of Celebration
(a Disney designed community), Lake Buena Vista or one of the hotels in the DTD area. My trips “always” conclude with a stay at one of the Disney resorts. I’ve had the good fortune to have vacationed at the Contemporary, Polynesian, Grand Floridian, Wilderness Lodge, Port Orleans Riverside & French Quarter, Bay Lake Towers, Fort Wilderness Cabins and Saratoga Springs over the years.
