Don't know why but these outfits give me a feeling that it could be for the Pixar theatrical performance...? It's quite a wild statement but they don't usually make new outfits/costumes for a service celebration show..

I'd say we probably would get more concept art or details for this new entertainment area during the Fisical year presentation, which is usually set between Feb-May of each year.

Curious, but why was Brer Bear in the rendering (far right, behind CptHook) for Castle of Magical Dreams? I don't think he ever appeared in HKDL before..? Perhaps.. they were thinking of a Splash Mt ride before Disney axed the ones in the US? Just a thought.

I found a video of Wandering Oaken's in early Feb, seems like they would have to add some trees to cover up that portion of the wall for the Pixar experience building once it's complete.

I feel like it could be a similar experience to the House of Del-Villains, which ran for 2 Halloween seasons (2023, 2024). I like the idea of having separate rooms which can house a large quantity of guests, then once one of the segments are over, they are moved to the next room, etc. But then...

I mean they are technically also using 1 "basement" level for the attraction..
