    Star Wars Weekends 2014

That's what bashing is. Making uneducated statements about one's beliefs. Is it America bashing when someone mentions that Americans love buffets? A few of my Euro friends have made comments about how our food is delicious but the portions are ridiculous.

How many days do you go?

We go up there a lot so it's normally 3-4 nights. Always visiting the main parks and cutting out AK if time doesn't permit.

    Why are carnival rides disliked?

What everyone loses sight of is the WDW is theme park for children that parents and adults can also enjoy. Not the other way around. If you want epic thrill rides then there are other parks in the area for you to enjoy. Don't try and make the parks not enjoyable for children just because you...

    Why are carnival rides disliked?

So by your definition, Dinoland USA is okay then? It is in a land that shares the theme.

    Why are carnival rides disliked?

Not carnival rides? Why, because they're prettier? At the end of the day, "flying around in a circle" is a carnival ride. Actually anything that just spins you in a circle is a carnival ride. I can spin in my office chair or I can spin in my boss's $5000 dollar office chair... it's still...

    Why are carnival rides disliked?

OK... I for one like Dinoland USA. I "get" the theme. My kid loves it. Let's remove all the carnival-style rides from Dinoland... you can fit, what?, one attraction in there. So let's remove a few rides to make room for 1. Alladin's Flying Carpets, let's remove that and...well... do what? Let's...

    "Disorienting" Rides

She should be fine on Mission Space: Green. There's really nothing to it. I couple rumbles really. It's just a way to experience the attraction without having to throw up your left lung and spleen. LOL There is one possible outcome to Star Tours that is pretty violent and the ship gets shaken...

    Disney all booked up.

Whatever catches your attention. Be warned however, this could be the beginning of a very dangerous obsession with whatever you're buying. *I'm looking at you, ornament people* ;) There's tons of things to buy in there. Be they pins, mugs, sno-globes, Vinylmations, shirts, pens, pressed pennies...

    Favorite Hidden Micky

Mine isn't a hidden "Mickey" but it's Jafar Rock in AK.

What is your "must do" on a trip to WDW?

Dole Whip in MK. Pretzel and beer at kiosk outside of Journey at EPCOT. That's about it. We try and find something new every time we go, but just don't mess with ma Dole Whip.

    WDW Navy

I know this is resurrecting a long dead thread... 11 years... but I recently heard this had to bump this back up to the top. This is an amazing statistic and yet another reason that WDW is the place to go when the zombie apocalypse comes.

Magic Kingdom is not the "Happiest Place on Earth"

Your favourite attraction in each park and the reason why

MK - Haunted Mansion - Huge horror fan. Love the atmos-fear. We were lucky enough 2 years ago to ride it as the last "group". It was just my wife and I and I must say it was very spooky. You get to hear all the creaks and moans. If you can get in there alone, it is very, very awesome. EPCOT -...

    Today I Miss....

Wow...hit the nail on the head with this one. We have embraced apathy as a way of life. There's always tomorrow and someone else will do it. I'm just waiting to hit the lottery or be selected for a reality show. Or maybe I can sue someone? People no longer want hope. They want instant...
