I think Splash Mountain will stay for quite a while. Die hard fans love this ride, and the Japanese general public is indifferent to the controversy surrounding SotS. There is no incentive for OLC to demo Splash, maybe apart from Disney breathing down their necks

I'm wishing for a grand finale with animatronics for all MCU heroes ala Hall of Presidents, but a wish is a wish... I'm seeing maybe an animatronic for giant-man, and thanos

Another rehab for it's a small world approx 3 months after taking out the Groot overlay. Are they doing it again? As a MCU-fan, I hope this is a good sign for things to come, more Marvel at Tokyo please!

Magic Lamp Theater is a classic and fun, but I agree its dated and should go. They can even expand the space, I believe theres some backstage space next to the show
