Wave is great though dark. We liked the food and atmosphere though service was a bit slow the time we went. Mama melrose was great too - chicken parm and salad were tasty. Both are solid B+ dining

I found the 12 digit number from the end of the URL after doing early checkin. Let me in but said no times available until less than 2 weeks before the trip. Check early, check often... I did get a BOG FP eventually, even though I never got an email.

Now that I realize that some weren't showing up in the search for Kings with River view, i found a few alt requests for some of the example rooms (e.g. 8742 and 3853 look nice and are potentially even royal kings). I'll try to fax again. ... weird - didn't go through again though I did see...

Day 8 was the day we took DME back to the airport and went home. It was a great time but I think we had all gotten our fill for the week and were ready to go home. One last goodbye to the Contemporary... I dig the logo on the luggage carts and rugs. Would love to find a welcome mat...

It was Extra Magic Hours, but sadly most of World Showcase shuts down after Illuminations. Seems like a big missed opportunity as there really isn't much left to do in evening EMH. We pretty much just headed back to the resort.

We wrapped up the night with Illuminations.

from there, the kids headed back to the resort and Kira & I enjoyed a brief "date night" walking around World Showcase at night.

Also enjoyed another great meal at San Angel Inn. It may not be the best in the park but I've enjoyed it both times I've been there. Especially the jalapeño margarita!

We then headed to Mexico. Fit in a few rides on Gran Fiesta Tour.

Still loving Spaceship Earth. It's one of the few rides I can still remember clearly from the first time I went to WDW in the first few years EPCOT Center was open.

Got to check out some Club Cool as well. Needless to say, my cousin didn't enjoy Beverly all that much. Her kid was being goofy with some of the Coke products for sale.
