I have heard that. We were able to get the airfare today, from Delta. We had some prices issues that caused stress, but in the end we got 4 tickets from DTW (Detroit) non stop to LAX, the dates and times we wanted. $320 per person. Getting from DTW to any other airport in the area is not cost...

That is true, the winters are a lot harder up there. The summer are so beautiful. We just need to escape to warm and sunny Florida every winter. I wish we could go a few times a winter like we did when the kids were younger, but it is too hard to take them out of school now.

Can I piggy back on this thread??? Newbie to DL, but done WDW many times. We are planning our 1st trip to DLR in just a few months (Aug 1st.) We hope to stay at DL hotel, or Grand Californian DVC (but I highly doubt the DVC wait list will come through. We were thinking of doing 2 or 4...

Do they charge round trip or one way? We will be going from LAX to DLR, but then staying with family for a few days and heading back to the airport from there. Do they pick up from other places then DL, or should we use a taxi to get back to the airport?

We have the same problem with resort mugs. We used to collect one from every reosrt we stayed at. We used to use them daily. They don't make the same size anymore, and ours did the same thing. The glaze wore off, and the color would come off on your hands. Very disappointing. :cry:
