It’s a cheap marketing exercise. For less than the cost of a billboard, you have a giant number of cars in the area advertising a brand. Meanwhile, the passholders get a warm and fuzzy feeling when they get a freebie that cost the company pennies. You don’t know a thing about business, do you?

Assume that it cost a lot less than that because Disney has both the artists on staff and the print shop on site.
