No one came on the screen. I had the screen right in front of me the whole time. Is something supposed to happen on the screen except the chat pop up that says..this may take a few hours continue to hold
We're heading down to WDW in 2 weeks and I need to set up DAS for my son. We've done this many times in the past. I know there is a new process and need to have a video chat ahead of time with him, to get this set up. I've been trying for the last week and a half and I either wait two hours and...
I need to set this up for my son for our upcoming trip in March. I know you can now do this ahead of time via a video chat. When I go to MyDisneyExperience, it looks like the only option is to join and wait possibly hours for an agent to connect. Does anyone know if you can schedule a time to do...
We're heading down in mid March and am trying to get Ohana reservations for dinner. When I go on My Disney Experience and try to search after choosing Ohana, I am only getting an option to choose breakfast times. You are unable to choose dinner...any idea why this is happening???

FYI - this bucket was never deemed as limited edition...and yes it's offered during the Arts Festival but it did not require a special ticket to attend
I honestly don't get why people are getting in such a huff about this...I was at EPCOT on Friday. I did not wait for a Figment bucket and even if I really wanted one I wouldn't have waited more than 30-45 minutes. But why is everyone so upset?...its supply and demand...this is nothing...
In past years, you used to be able to "purchase" a ticket to park to go in specifically to shop and if you exited within an hour you were not charged. Does anyone know if this policy is still in place?
