Thank you! This really helps... I think we will stick with the standard view this time. We are planning to have one day without heading to the parks so a nice view would be nice but not mandatory, we will be at Disneyland after all... :)

Would you say it is worth it upgrading? How bad does it get in the lower levels? We are headed for the Run Disney event in May and I am expecting a big crowd... don't want to spend souvenir money on "possibly", "maybe" getting a wonderful view... lol!

I am trying to decide if upgrading our room at Disneyland Resort is worth it... trying to figure out the specific difference between a standard view, pool/resort view and upper level resort/pool view... Is it all depending on the tower we are assigned?
