We are planning to go mid-October of next year, but none of the Monorail resorts seem to just show a standard view. Am I missing a window or something? Surely they're not all booked 15 months out?

My sister and I had this conversation yesterday. We never do just one park a day...mainly for food! I am pretty sure we will push back to 2021, and hopefully the hopping will be back by then. If not, I need like a 2 hour 'pass' for food!

We are in the same boat! Our Spring Break trip was canceled, so we booked a MNSSHP as an extra 'bonus'...womp womp womp

I have wondered the same thing! There would have to be some sort of 'pecking order' (i.e. on site vs off), I would think. But then what about APs? Or locals? This will be tricky...

We like the Dining plan for ease. I also prefer to sit down and just choose what I would like to eat and not stare at a $10 price difference.

We got into the Poly! We are staying one night Club Level, and got two rooms (one Standard View and one Lagoon View) for the rest of the trip. Now I need Disney to re-open :)

Well, I was actually fine to stay there. But my sister doesn’t like the Grand at all. She said she feels like she can’t be loud? We stayed there on my last trip before I had a baby, so truthfully it’s been about 7 years. I was fine to try it again, but she preferred Contemporary :)

Hopefully we will get to those at some point. But while my children are young (3 and 5), a double stroller is just toooooo easy on a monrail!!

Totally agree - and I feel like a brat complaining about it. We stayed there last year, so I just wanted to try somewhere different. But for sure not a bad second option :)

We moved our Spring Break trip to Fall Break. We booked the Grand Floridian, but since then rooms at The Contemporary have opened. So now we are staying there...which is fine; just really wanted The Polynesian. Does anyone seem to think Disney is not releasing all rooms for the fall currently...

I was just there with my 2 and 4 year olds. They loved the splash pad by the pool, and they also just loved riding the monorail! The little things were super fun for them!
