Universal Epic Universe (South Expansion Complex) - Now Open!

So I think Das Stakehouse was the one we just walked around and checked out (don't think we ordered anything there), and the Burning Blade is where we got this awesome pretzel thing. That place also had little skits out front if I remember correctly. It's kind of in the back, we actually...

Universal Epic Universe (South Expansion Complex) - Now Open!

For me as someone who went on our first time a few months back, leave extra time for How to Train your Dragon land. There is a ton there, and it's just amazing to walk around. None of us new the franchise so we planned it last and were all exhausted, and all walked away sad we didn't go there...

Universal Epic Universe (South Expansion Complex) - Now Open!

You are comparing a ride (without some things working) in what, it's 6th or 7th year vs the first year of this one. The first year Rise never had a day it didn't go down for at least some of the time. If you want personal experience, we were there early on when it was still the virtual que, it...

Six Flags and Cedar Fair to Merge (Nov 2023)

Six Flags to sell 7 parks That seems like not very much ($330 million) for 7 parks. Feels very desperate.

Universal Epic Universe (South Expansion Complex) - Now Open!

I don't see people giving Universal a break, you just have less people in this forum with this being primarily a Disney site. Heck, you could go look at Cedar Fairs and see I have put complaints in on Cedar Point recently as well, but there are like 3 of us on that board. Those complaints you...

Universal Epic Universe (South Expansion Complex) - Now Open!

I'm pretty sure I said it months ago when we went (first time to Universal for the kids, I'd only been once before maybe 25 years ago), but Epic was by far the most disappointing. The Potter show was down the entire day, so there was legit one thing to do in that land and it has a throughput of...

News Josh D’Amaro Named Next CEO of The Walt Disney Company

I wonder if that wears off as well though. Just from the few I've known that worked there more than a year in CP, they start obsessed. At the park on their off days, always jumping around there. But over the years, they can count on one hand the number of visits they actually have to the...

Universal Epic Universe (South Expansion Complex) - Now Open!

Look, I'm pretty critical of Epic (including thinking they did not build enough things), but aren't there like 14 shows/rides while DAK has like 8 or maybe 9? I will stand by that How To Train Your Dragons felt like the only properly built out land, but that's 1 more than DAK.

Universal Epic Universe (South Expansion Complex) - Now Open!

That's what I'm confused by with that tweet, it straight says "We may never see it open again."

Universal Epic Universe (South Expansion Complex) - Now Open!

Even at structural damage, the idea is they would just demo the entire thing? Or does that mean you won't see it in it's current form?

DHS Disney Confirms Muppets Take Over Rock 'n' Roller Coaster at Hollywood Studios

I'll go on the hill. After EVERYTHING I've heard about that Kermit voice, it was not NEARLY as bad as people have made it out to be when I saw the reboot. Far from perfect, but it was not the distraction I was expecting.

Disney (and others) at the Box Office - Current State of Affairs

Honestly, the trailers made me interested in seeing it.

DHS Disney Confirms Muppets Take Over Rock 'n' Roller Coaster at Hollywood Studios

OH, yeah I see why you swear by yours. Though I'll say, in recent times (well, semi-recent, I haven't really held a new one of either in probably a decade), I'd take the Epiphone over the Gibson. It was insane to me a $3,000 Gibson had to have a bunch of work done to it before you even left...

Yeah, but building a new Gibson? It'd probably fall apart in a month.

DHS Disney Confirms Muppets Take Over Rock 'n' Roller Coaster at Hollywood Studios

Honestly wouldn't shock me. You have to think that the biggest changes are the preshow, which they have already been working on. Really the actual ride probably has few if any changes aside from new audio (which again, they could already have been working on).
