This, I think we are on two different things. Parking has been an issue before at the hotels next to parks. I have yet to see anywhere that there is an issue with the busses from DS going to a resort.

Maybe I get it for a busy week? Though I'm still not sure I totally get it. Are the amount of people parking at Springs and bussing to a resort to then bus to a park really that great? I'd think the majority who do it are going to that resort to eat or shop, not park hop.

Another issue is that you could make the park appear a lot more crowded than it is. That's going to be a turnoff for paying guests as well.
