parks'll open the question is for how long. if gusts exceed 50 MPH winfds, then they're closing the parks early. they can't operate the buses if the winds are higher than 50 MPH. i forsee early closings in order to better prepare for the storm,w hich may or may not cross the hurrican threshold.
