I'm not sure how many people on here have stayed at SoG but I wanted to get some thoughts from other on the resort's changes in the last couple years. The dinner buffet has been replaced with takeout, the main lunch place now closes an hour earlier, and the popular walkway is now completely...

I get that this will inevitably retooled but I struggle to see how they will make this affordable. Dropping the price by over 3k would require such significant cutbacks

We stay at Shades of Green every time and this is very disappointing. First they get rid of the buffet dinner and now the transportation is worse. Hard to see much reason to stay there now.

Now I know. We stay at Shades of Green so getting to EPCOT is very cumbersome

Are you not actually allowed to park at a resort in order to go to one of the parks? We've been doing it for years.

I hope it's true. Long past time to get rid of this aging attraction that barely anyone goes in anymore. It's just simply not relevant anymore.

I'm so glad they're refurbishing this place. I've never stayed at it but I visited it once and it was a dump. There was a sandwich floating in the pool.

That hair is going to be problematic and I imagine the skin tone will also pose a problem. Trump's skin tone is ahem...rather unique.

Disney should drop price of the ticket if they're going to close nearly every attraction in the park for several years.

I don't mind metal detectors but I will boycott Disney if they ever introduce body scanners.

I don't think scanners could ever be implemented. There are simply too many people entering the parks so the lines would be massive. Does anyone know on average how many people enter Magic Kingdom in a day? If there are thousands of people standing in line for the scanners, any terrorist could...

So I guess those "rumors" of cars land were indeed fake.
