What I don't understand is why the mayor of the town (who is getting dunked) is protecting Jack Sparrow. Jack's a pirate too!! Why would this town want to hide him? Why would this town suffer bombardment and a pirate raid just to protect another pirate?

There has been talk that Dino Land in AK might be changing to an Indiana Jones themed land. If that's the case, the Dinosaur ride would be changed into the Indiana Jones ride since it's apparently the same track anyway.
