It doesn't affect me one way o the other as I get the dining plan when we go, but it really amazes me how many people think they know whats best for disney. If disney want to change it they would, or at the very least they would instruct cm's to actually enforce their policies.

I agree that the ddp is probably on its last legs, but I don't understand why disney doesn't just drop it, why keep screwing with it and making it less and less attractive to guests?

not sure who it was that wanted to charge for the restroom use, but I heard $1.50 per use. I would think that could be challenged somewhere - everyone is entitled to use the restroom.

yeah I know there is, especially with the current situation of the church. I didn't even quote the UK, they have a law that allows for terminating or just not hiring anyone over the age of 65 without any reason at all.
a typical family (2 adults, and 2 kids ages 3-9) can save at least 756 per week if the basic table service dining plan is offered. so, yeah, I expect some cancellations.
