I saw that as well! As mentioned earlier here I will be keeping my eye on FreshBaked updates from the park to see if there is any concrete info on this in the coming weeks.
I know these things are fluid but just wanted to make sure I wasn't missing something as I am monitoring for our April trip. I currently see the incredicoaster down from April 8th to 18th (not on the closures for the latest available DL calendar day which is April 19th) and Matterhorn down...
We are actually planning a couple water park days this August for the first time and were hoping both would be open as we have only been to Typhoon during the DVC events. Bummer.
We just got back and as I expected and was mentioned while we were gone, the path was closed because they have moved on to working on Sago as well. It still is slightly frustrating that they figured out a fairly dangerous way to keep the path open from Poly to GF but couldn't figure out a way...
Are they working on sago key? My understanding was they were only on sugarloaf at this point. I would agree work on sago key would make it make a bit more sense, but as others mentioned the way they have people walking from the poly right now would make me think they could have come up with...
I do have to also say, and maybe I am missing something, but isn't the construction currently on sugarloaf key? Which is not necessarily near the walking path? I could walk out the lobby and by the convention center to get to the path if they didn't want people walking from the center of the...
Man this is a big bummer for our family. One of the huge draws for us staying at the Floridian is being able to walk to MK from there and not worry about the monorail or boat with two kids and a double stroller.
Ah yes I see that now...when I originally read the post the end said that it was disappointing Disney hadn't picked up on that...Weird! I agree that this is would be a great system to use can't wait to see it in actual use.
I'm confused...doesn't it say the lockers are double sided? or is what they are doing not what you are describing? I haven't been on Velocicoaster as yet unfortunately.
I agree. I was hoping for at least noon which I feel is more reasonable than 2. For us our animal kingdom day is typically done by 10 am and in the old days we would move to the next park and spend more money. Now if we’re done we don’t have that option so it’s usually back to the pool, which I...
Can't agree with this more. I actually got a passholder survey yesterday and the difference between an out of state/DVC AP holder vs what the traditional local AP holder does was a constant theme in my feedback.
Received ship notification for our bands for our stay that starts 8/21 this morning. Based on how long it took the AP one that shipped to me, I am not optimistic that these will arrive by next Saturday...which is sad.
I placed two orders on the 27th...one was for our trip coming up with everyone in our family and the other was my individual ap. Received notification that my ap one (4 park version) shipped on 8/2. Tracking didn't show movement until just this morning. Finally.
The email I received initially said the link would appear on the information page so I am hoping that is the case because I did not receive anything past that. It's been a minute since we had a stay around one of these dates so I can't remember how it was in the past.
