In Magic Kingdom, as soon as the grand parade starts, ther are no lines on the major attractions.

Fort Wilderness Cabins are great also. There is so much to do. We stayed there in Jan with 6 people and it was fantastic. And try to go to the Hoop De Doo revue if possible, its great. The trails end buffet has some of the best food in disney. Have a good trip:)
