In reference to this decision, I am seeing people say online that the Central Florida Tourism Oversight District will not allow Disney to expand the Magic Kingdom outside of it's current footprint. Does anyone know if that is accurate?

I want a third gate but retail, dining, entertainment, and hotels is more likely. I imagine they want to build a dedicated vacation club resort to go with the Disney Springs clone.
