This decision is what you feel is the right one for you and it's good you can find other ways to enjoy Orlando. Voicing your opinion and how you are adjusting your vacation time is fine with me.
Our next trip back will be one of trying out what the new Uni has to offer. We still will add Disney...
Because you are not living life as that person is, you are assuming he cannot enjoy WDW as you can having the use of your senses of sight and hearing. You cannot know what enjoyment they can get by being an able bodied person. And probably 99% of people would agree with you.
Years ago I worked...
I wasn't rushing. When my license was up for renewal I did the Real ID. It made sense to upgrade it at the time instead of having to go back and make another change.
I’ve been to many food kiosks at Dis and never had bad food issues. I’ve been served some amazing menu items. But with any food events Disney or any place else one has to be discriminatory of what they order. I’ve had some fantastic meals at some of the best rated restaurants around the country...
Everyone has their own likes and dislikes for color schemes and the Castle is no exception. Just people watch and you can see all kinds of color combinations of what clothing they are willing to match up with.
My all time fave was the Golden makeover which I thought brought out the royalty...
You can go online to visit orlando.com and get a comprehensive guide that lists all the things available in the Orlando area . We typically go to WDW for 2 weeks at a time and always plan something as an evening out in the Orlando area to add to our trip. We’ve been to many great dinner shows...
Got my license changed a couple of years ago. Our local news in ME last night reported that there’s at least a 2 hour wait in the DMV’s for people trying to get Real ID changes. Not many people are aware that you can make an appointment ahead of time to cut down on waiting in those ticketed...
We dined there on our trips last evening in October. We were staying at POFQ and with packing and preparing everything to leave early the next morning we wanted to have a meal close by. We had eaten there before and the experience was similar to what we had 2 years earlier other than the service...
At this point Disney is making the majority of their decisions entirely based on the possibility of increasing incoming money. If someone could show that a change of color scheme to the Castle would make guests spend more or increase ticket sales then it would happen. Using available funding for...
Very much doubt Dis will go for implementing a flat fee pass. They are having too much success with the profit cash cow they've developed and as long as guests continue paying for it it stays as is. Dis may in the future revamp the program if they come up with a more profitable system, until...
There are sites that rate the food kiosks every year with favorites that keep coming back from past years. Those may be better choices because they have kept being brought back because of flavor and value. You can get a consensus of what choices are favorites from guests but because tastes...
Dis does try to accommodate group needs and by approaching the host/ hostess early on they can try to have tables next to each other. It depends on the time you have reservations and how the dining area fills and empties.
Survey completed. Only wish it could influence Disney to put a better DAS system in place that is fair and available to all who have a real need and are disabled.
Like many other things, they just haven't gotten around to getting it done yet. They drag their feet on so many things until it absolutely has to be done or unless there is a group of people protesting or complaining vocally enough. ( Even then it takes forever) Then it becomes a priority. So...
