For someone who has parked a short distance away for free for the past 20 seasons, this sucks because leaving a parking structure after an event will probably add another 30 minutes plus to my commute home.

Looks like the parking structures on Douglas are about 75% done. They are jacking up our season tickets next year because parking is now included with each ticket. Every event to Honda center will include parking for everyone including your 4 year old kid. Construction has started on the 5,700...

I think they are waiting to complete the parking structure before they ramp up construction of the food hall, hotel, theater, etc…. It’s a hot mess now with parking but luckily for me, I park 10 minutes away (since 2005) and walk to the arena.

Which boggles my mind because they could have built these new attractions outside of the existing park.

I wish they would rebuild that hotel from the ground up and make the parking structure underground. You could get a couple extra acres of prime real estate.

There’s too much foot traffic in that area at times. A Coco entrance there will cause an even bigger bottleneck.

My guess would be then Goofy being on the chopping block as well. The area where the backstage gate is then would be the bridge to connect across the way to the expansion area.
