I feel like your both overestimating the amount of people going to the boat/island, and underestimating the amount of people who would ride the new Cars ride.

From video only, Darkmoor doesn’t seem dark or scary. Atmospheric, yes, but not dark. Villains could easily match Dark Universe’s tone.

I don’t think they’re back tracking. It’s probably more that, despite being in almost all current villain projects in the parks, people spreading rumors and misinformation that he’s being banned. So they showed him on their concept board. Also, Facilier was in the initial announcement for Villains.

In some of the more in additional things with the villains teaming up, Kingdom Keepers, Kingdom Hearts, and Sorcerers of the Magic Kingdom, they tend to have at least one villain go rogue and attempt betray the others.

They have already said that the premise of the land is that the villains have been summoned by a spell to the land, and that there are no heroes to save the day. I don’t think they would make Fantasmic the ride in Villains land.

Or, people do enjoy the parade, I know that can be shocking for some, but it’s possible.

Planes is set in the world of Cars.

This was my first Destination, and overall I enjoyed it . The panels I went to, barring the second half of the Villains panel, were interesting. I was able to get some good merch and pins, Kuzcotopia was fun, and the concert was really good.
