So, what's the usual turn-around for setting up these M&Gs once they're announced? I know that it takes an ungodly amount of time here for WDW to capitalize on things, but it should be a pretty fast turn-around to actually put one together, right?

I'm sorry, but... it's probably for the best that it exists as a beautiful dream and a cool theme park nothing else. The community planning Walt had planned for EPCOT probably wouldn't have worked out. The exit and entrance strategy for cars alone seems like it would have ended up tough to navigate.
