Legitimately sad about this. Would always spend a good deal of time watching the gorillas at AK and found the family dynamic of the troop to be so beyond fascinating, not least of all for Gino's "Dad's off chilling but close by" vibes. Always served as a reminder to me of how close to human they...
I mean they're the promotional photos for the event, I highly doubt they'll all look this good (yknow "big mac in commercials doesn't look like a big mac IRL" principle)
Think there's gonna be any kind of procedure to be in the last showing? Gonna be there as well and trying to plan. Obviously want *a* goodbye, but would love to be in the final (non-CM) showing (I know, me and everyone else there that day lol, but it pays to try and plan...)
Fair, genuine apologies for any lines crossed.
It's just this kind of "won't SOMEBODY think of the CHILDREN" thinking is insulting to children's intelligence and ability to distinguish right and wrong. Yeah sure it's not fully refined yet at that stage of life, but treating a theme park show...
I personally loved all the villains growing up - they were my favorite characters as a matter of fact, something that was openly encouraged by my Dad. And yet despite this heinous influence, here I stand, neither a pirate captain or puppy murdering fashion designer, but a mere accountant wasting...
Between the incessant ads on my Disney podcasts and now this, I don't get the feeling that Drawn to Life is incredibly popular and it seems like they're struggling to get people in the door...any word/confirmation on this?
As a Sox fan who loves watching Aaron Boone flounder and fail year after year and wishes nothing but misery on him for what he put me through when I was 9, this is spot on. 😂
Citing Pandora and Galaxy's Edge, lands that opened 8 and 6 years ago, respectively, as the company's response to Epic is so transparently pathetic it's not even funny.
Paraphrasing the great @lentesta "Honey, I didn't forget our anniversary, everything I've done for you over the past ten...
My gut says IF there is intention to eventually recreate/reopen MuppetVision in a new location, it comes back in the Sunset Showcase theater after Villains Land opens and Unfairly Ever After becomes redundant. Turns that entire back corner of the park to a mini Muppet land, creates a new Muppet...
Turns out I'm gonna be at MuppetVision for its closing date - what if any kind of send off do you think Disney would have planned in this case? Is there a way to try and guarantee I'm in the last showing?
Very excited to give this one a proper goodbye, never been to a closing date before.
