Bourbon Steak By Michael Mina...Save Your Pennies For This Restaurant coming soon!

The quoted "We grabbed the 8-oz Filet for $78. The filet was accompanied by a roasted tomato, and the steak itself was cooked to a perfect medium rare with a warm pink center....." comes from the Disney Food Blog, which anyone who knows how to Google would quickly have discovered. And was indeed...

News Disney and Miral Announce New Seventh Theme Park Planned for Abu Dhabi

He meant "but wee tykes" as in, "when we were but wee tykes".

That is complete speculation and projection with zero basis in reality.

News Disney and Miral Announce New Seventh Theme Park Planned for Abu Dhabi

It was Imagineering that came up with the disastrous D-land Tomorrowland rework. Granted it wasn't what Marty wanted, but it was what Eisner wanted and his toadies gave him what he wanted, even though they were bad. If Frank Wells hadn't passed away, the disaster never would have happened...

    New dining ideas

We usually stay at the Yacht & Beach Club and it is mostly because of dining. Not only are the Y&BC restaurants great, but the Boardwalk and Swan have great dining. I love the Four Seasons dining, Grand Floridian (Narcoossee's & Citrico's) and the California Grill in the Contemporary.

    Dining

Where are you staying? My favorites are Le Cellier Steakhouse, Monsieur Paul, The Yacht Club Steakhouse, Tiffin's, Citrico's, Jiko's, Narcoossee's, Topolino's Terrace, Ravello's and Il Mulino. Those are all about quality food. But for fun, I like Akershus, the Biergarten, Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical...

Would you lock Disneyland in its 1989 state?

Skyway and The Motor Boat Cruise were two of my favorite rides to work and I loved the Tahitian Terrace, it should never have closed. CBJ was fun at first, but I was not one who mourned its loss. I did mourn losing the Mike Fink Keel Boat, the Conestoga Wagon, the Stagecoach, the Pack Mules...

Would you lock Disneyland in its 1989 state?

It is a criminal thing that we ever GOT America Sings. It was a rather pathetic addition to "Tomorrowland" replacing the COP and it never made any sense being in Tomorrowland. I also could have done without Captain EO.

Would you lock Disneyland in its 1989 state?

Why do you think "most people" would go with the former? If you never experienced DL in the 1960s/70s, you have no idea what you missed; not just rides, but dining, entertainment and parades. Fantasy on Parade circa 1971 was probably the best DL parade ever.

    Springhill Marriott review

Only a couple of hotels have shuttles, Candy Cane Motel is one that pops to mind. They were grandfathered in when Anaheim started Anaheim Resort Transportation Systems (ARTS) in an effort to reduce traffic. My favorite thing about the SpringHill Suites Anaheim Resort Convention Center is the...

Would you lock Disneyland in its 1989 state?

Out of curiosity, did you get to experience Disneyland in the mid to late 60s/ early 70s? It was so much more laidback than today. I don’t see how that can get old. It is all a matter of perspective. Which version of Disneyland do you want to put in amber? Did you ever ride the Stage Coach? The...
