I think this is a wonderful change. American food doesn't always have to be hot dogs and coca cola. Craft beers with BBQ always have a large draw during Food and Wine Festival. I am curious to see if they bring out any of those dishes from the festival?

I completely agree. What is the overall message of EPCOT? All the different pavilions had a purpose. Bring back the education, it's not just about movie franchises.

You're right I just was on small world and I noticed missing characters in the Mexico scene and Hawaii scene as well as a few spinning plates characters in the white final room. They must be doing refurbishments since that is what they usually do this time of year.
