Yes. "Safe" and "familiar" are actually great terms. These new projects are all generally "diet" theme - with a few higher end touches. I think Destino has been the most successful of the group, and it could even use some improvements.

To be clear, I don't think the design itself is "bad". It's very much a product of modern times, though. It lacks any type of immersion at the level I would expect from Disney. Based on many of the current projects, this is (and the sightline issues for the existing resorts) are the main issue.
