We are trying to find a room that will allow 5 people. We really want to stay at Wilderness Lodge or Villas. We can get a Studio room at The Villas but they will only allow for 4 people. We can do Port Orleans, or Polynesian with 5 people so why not The Villas? I know the rooms at Port Orleans...

We will spending New Years Eve in Magic Kingdom for the first time. I imagine that the crowds will be crazy. Anyone know if they usually close the parks due to capacity? Also, what can we expect that night? How do they count down to the new year, etc?

We are currently booked at Port Orleans Riverside, but after reading some reviews I am really concerned that the room may be too small. Any ideas?

We are leaving tomorrow and staying 4 nights at Wilderness Lodge. At the very last minute a close family firend of my kids has an opportunity to go with us but that would put us at 5 per room which is not allowed at Wildreness Lodge. Any ideas?

Good information. I really had not considered the fact that VWL is so small and that even with a 7 day window may be difficult. I guess I am now wondering if it would be hard a find avaliability at VWL. We also really like AKL but like the location of VWL and the boating to magic Kingdom.

We usually go a couple times each year but have never stayed at a DVC. Is it usually difficult to book a DVC like 7 months out...not considering Christmas, spring break,etc?

We wpuld like to buy DVC at Villas at Wilderness Lodge. Is there any reason why I should not just buy at AKL or Bay Lake so I have a later expiration year and then just book our stays at VWL? I know I can buy for less per point that savings does not seem worth loosing all the extra years. Why do...

33 days until we spend 10 nights at Animal Kingdom Lodge. We travel to Disney often but this is our longest trip ever. We usually do 2 trips each year for 4-5 nights each trip. We are looking forward to 10 nights! :sohappy:

We are passholders and our drive is 12 hours. We are heading out Monday evening 11/23/09 and will be spending our 6th Thanksgiving at Wilderness Lodge. We like the annual passes because we can usually get a discount rate at either DWL or AKL our 2 favorites. This will only be a 4 night trip but...
