**** Gingerbread house construction would have started in late October well ahead of the projected end of the construction for the lobby enhancement itself which isn't until mid-november.

It's opens in early November and starts construction even earlier in late October.

I'm actually not expecting the Christmas tree this year. But they may move it outside. I'm sure they're looking at options right now. But no I don't think there's a plan to remove Christmas trees from the lobbies of the hotels. They need those to sustain the marketing that Disney World is...

In the case on BB, yes. It's already happening. BB has reached capacity and sometimes they are parking cars across the street.
