Such a shame. Entertainment has been on a slow decline since the earthquake of 2011 and it just has never rebounded like it was in the first decade of the 2000s. That was peak TDR for me.

Looking at staying in AKV for the first time in many years, and I was wondering if theme park bound buses still pick up at Kidani first? Like I said, it’s been many years since I’ve stayed there and wonder if the bus order has changed.

Absolutely I do. I enjoy the park very much. I roll my eyes at some of the criticism it constantly receives, but I also agree with some of the criticism it receives. It’s not on the level with the greatest Disney parks like DisneySea or Disneyland, but it’s a solid park.

That’s probably why they’ve never enclosed it and made it look more permanent. Disney probably sees the theatre as future expansion space.

Tokyo and Hong Kong’s would be my favorites.

I would hope that second concept art was for HK and not the original Disneyland.

Big Thunder. I wish they would restore the Matterhorn’s show lighting. It’s been years. Strange that Disneyland’s tallest icon would be completely dark for so long.

I had something similar happen at Disneyland, and then they hand you your purchase in a DISNEY PARKS bag with the castles on it. 😄
