I’ve been a bit out of the loop with this ride to avoid spoilers. How lenient have they been with the arrival times? Are we talking Tron strict or guardians strict?
No you don’t, that went away with covid. I book the 7am from my house. You can be at your hotel or at Starbucks or anywhere at 7am, as long as you have wifi/cell service and a reservation you can join the queue.
You join the queue at 7am (from anywhere) with a reservation or 1pm once scanned into the park. Then you enter the actual queue for the ride at the ride entrance. And yes, don’t be more than an hour or so late after your return time.
I don’t think they know what they’re talking about regarding any guardians situation. When we asked why they are so strict compared to GotG she said that GotG was strict for their soft opens too (which, I don’t think they had a true soft open other than AP,CM,DVC).
Guardians outside of holiday...
It honestly felt super bad. Not to mention that when I first got group 57 at 7am it quoted me 540 mins (4pm).
I even spoke to a CM at the front, she said we were 50 mins “late” and that they should accommodate an hour. So we got in line in the heat and sun only to be turned away and directed to...
So theyre being strict about return times? That’s pretty annoying considering you can get any group from 1-100 in a matter of 3 seconds.
I get if they want to limit the night line, but they’re really turning people away with group 20 that show up at 2pm?
As someone who already lives in Orlando, has been in the corporate world (with the same company) for 7 years, and works with a lot of the same third party systems and programs that Disney does that SHOULD make me a very strong candidate, there’s a lot of of concerns I have with the stability of...
Seeing as though you don't need a park reservation with the AP Preview, what's the point of this? I guess to limit overall AP's in the park in general with the "extra" admissions.
I think they mean that your pass is blocked on certain days, not that there are no park reservations available.
It does confirm that you need no additional park reservation for the preview. Just an active, valid AP that is allowed to enter on that day.
