I got BG50... my son's iPhone hit 7 a second before my galaxy s20, I waited until my phone hit 7 which costs me a few groups. He got stuck at loading friends and family.

I'll be there in 2 weeks. Sounds like a much different experience this time than I had back in January.

Same exact phones? Same location in the park? (I stood in front of ToyStoryLand, probably 50 yards back) # of people to select? I'm not dismissing the theory, I just think there may be a little more to it.

I have Verizon and got BG 8 and BG 7 in 2 attempts last week. I'm not sure this hypothesis is right. It could be your provider and something else but definitely not your provider as the sole reason you get a bad BG. Just my 2 cents.

I have a 6+ year old Android and it worked fine to get BG 7. I determined that it took about 7-8 secs to start the app from scratch. At T-1 minute, I killed the MDE app (Apps->Force Stop) because MDE automatically restarts. At T-5 seconds, I started the app so it was up and running just after...

I waited on Monday for 30+ mins in the hallway where you are assigned your color. I didn't complain, just part of the experience. Later in the day, I checked MDE and had 9 free multi-experience fastpasses (didn't include the big rides). That was an unexpected bonus and much appreciated.

I was on Mon and Wed from a 4 day trip (Sun-Wed). This was my chance to ride because I won't be back until Oct/Nov at the earliest. As for the return time, I found it on my phone. I was notified at 7:16am with a return time of 8:16am but I checked in within 20 secs of notification so that...

I didn't pay attention. I was standing at the ride entrance when I got the notification and immediately went in.

Ride #2 summary. Tapped in at 6:27. Opened app at 6:59:55 (my phone takes about 7 secs to open the app). Join was red and got BG 7. Was called back at 7:17. Just finished the ride. Everything seemed to be working. Awesome!

As today was my first ride, I'm not qualified to answer but it seemed like all were moving. I don't know if more was expected. There was a lot going on.

Having all the experience from this forum was valuable to me. It's best, if you can, to have 2+ people trying and using different methods.

I have an Android MotoZ. My son has an iPhone 7. My son hit My Status at exactly 7:00:00 according to his Apple Watch, then hit back and the Join Boarding Group was active.

Back up... That was great! Other than the pause in middle of ride.
