The Saturday and Sunday of run weekend will be incredibly busy - the Saturday in particular has some of the highest crowds I've ever seen at DLP. Other days should be quiet.

Stitch was outside when I ate at Ohana last year, haven't heard if they've switched that back or not. You also get a picture out front at Hollywood and Vine with one of the characters (Minnie at Halloween when I dined there).

Cape May breakfast had 3 when I went (Donald, Goofy, Minnie), but they added Daisy within the last year or so. Ohana breakfast has 3 roaming the restaurant and Stitch outside. I think 4 total is pretty standard.

Re. Character Landing, I saw Thumper meeting there on the 16th November.

You can still get breakfast in all of the hotels. The free half board offer only includes breakfast in the parks though. You can pay a surcharge to eat in the hotels instead. The charge depends on what hotel you're staying at.

Which parks do you regularly visit? The studios has Spiderman and Moana who are not currently at WDW. Disneyland Park has a lot of the same characters as WDW but Minnie, Donald, Goofy, Pluto, Chip, Dale and Daisy are in 25th anniversary outfits so may be worth meeting anyway if that's a big...
