Most of (likely all) of the dirt will be used for the parking area. That lot is being built over swamp land so will need a lot of fill. Most likely any dirt needed for the berms in SWL will be trucked in.

Even though it's being removed it's not actually being "removed" if that makes sense. They are just routing the water that runs to that canal through drainage pipes to all allow that land to be usable. It will be noticeable when the next aerials come out.

No not really. Pretty much everything that the "insiders" have stated to be demoed is/will be/in the process of being demoed.

Correct. A lot of that is what was holding up much of the demo. Rerouting power and other utilities that feed other parts of the park out of demo zones before actually doing the demo.
