Reason #8724 why we home school.

Our son has chronic medical issues and we have to take supplies with us in the park. Instead of a standard backpack, I got a single strap sling bag as it is easier to get on just one shoulder and just not as bulky.

That Royal Caribbean cruise next year (instead of a 4th trip to WDW in 4 years) is looking more and more attractive every day.

Well, yes and no. People have already prebooked their Fastpasses and in the instance of TSMM, there probably isn't much capacity left. So, if you are a day guest, or if you were planning on waiting in standby this week, well, you are out of luck. No red shirts to give you.

I was there twice last week, traditionally a slow time, and the park was PACKED!!! 50 minute waits for GMR. 60 + for RNRC, TSM and TOT. 25 minutes for Star Tours.

Most school districts now count those as unexcused absences and will go as far as denying the child the opportunity to move up to the next grade if there are too many. Reason #5215 why we home school our child.
