Call and have them put it on your reservation at the hotel that it is his birthday. Also, tell them for all of your resturant reservations.

Yes you can see them diving in the tank from coral reef. You can also see them if you are in the living seas looking at the tank.

I've eaten there 3 times and never had a problem of being hungry after the meal.
