My son was 12 and my daughter 15 and they both loved it. Like you I think about it all the time. One of the most impactful things I've done and very freeing.

Nice! Where'd you normally work? What was your backstory? We had such a great time - the staff and characters *made* the experience so special.

Ours felt like 160% to be honest last May. It'd be interesting to do it with a smaller crowd. We've talked about it. At the finale I felt like the Atrium was unhealthily full.

We went in May last year and probably 85% of people at least dressed in-universe. That's not to say they all had backstories but there were very few Cubs hats for example.

Sure. I told my own kids it was a good chance to have some fun and come out of some relative shells for sure.

There are some people that get a little *too* into it imho. One teenager was dressed in a full-up First Order officer's uniform and basically goose-stepped around. Even his Dad mentioned to me with a side-glance that he thought it was a little much.

It's objectively very expensive. Full stop. Now is it expensive because it cost so much to build out so they're spreading that expense to 'early adopters'? Is it expensive because its operational costs are so high? Or is it expensive because they're greedy? It's probably all three. But...

Definitely, we paid Disney influencers all read from the same script! :D

We went and liked it a lot and are not influencers and had to pay. I guess that's 'proof'?

I mean I'd like to be an influencer and get the money we paid back - I promise I'll still say I enjoyed it! :D

Well, I don't know what'll resonate with my kids in 45 years. I hope I'm alive to know then. :D

Star Wars is certainly more popular now than it was in the 90s and arguably post-prequels.
