I'd expect DLP D23 announcements to be limited to the 35th anniversary entertainment and updates to the ongoing Disney Village and hotel refurbishment programmes.

I think it's very unlikely. Assuming Lion King opens in 2028 (which is optimistic) the next land expansion may be at a similar state to Lion King is now, so a hole in the ground. Assuming the third land follow Lion King as opposed to an alternative expansion like Avengers or Disneyland Park.

Is this offer posted on a Disney website as I haven't been able to see it? Or is it like the bounce-back offer and advertised in room only? Just trying to find out if there is an end date for this offer?

Yes. As I said in the other thread they seem to have decent rooms and bad commons areas in one and bad rooms and decent commons areas in the other. Hopefully they find some middle ground of Mickey and Pals theme with good rooms and common areas. I do wish I would like Newport Bay more but...
